The present accused is facing trial in connection with Sessions Case No. Page No.# 2/3 12/2019, arising out of Borlangfer P.S. Case No. 13/2015, pending in the Court of the learned Sessions Judge, Karbi Anglong, Diphu. 3. Scanned TCR is received. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that earlier also the accused defaulted and therefore, the learned court below rejected the bail. 5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the charge sheet was submitted in 2019 itself and the case is at the stage of trial and so far, two witnesses have been examined. 6. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the accused may be allowed to go on bail and with the strict conditions and also directed not to repeat his conduct. 7. Prayer is allowed. 8. The accused is hereby is allowed to go on bail of 30,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned learned Sessions Judge, Karbi Anglong, Diphu and subject to the conditions that; (a) He shall not abscond; (b) He shall be available during the remaining trial and appear before the Court regularly; Page No.# 3/3 (c) He shall not hamper and/or tamper with the evidence; 9.
