Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State- respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents to decide the representations dated 8.5.2025, 16.5.2025 and 23.5.2025 of the petitioners." 3. In the present petition, prayer is made to conduct enquiry against the certain persons. 4. Being confronted by the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner informed that petitioner is resident of same village, therefore, he has filed present petition. 5. This Court is of the view that present petition is filed for public cause, therefore, remedy is available to the petitioner to file Public Interest Litigation (PIL). 6. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. 7. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file PIL, if so advised.
