List this case on 13.10.2025." As per office report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun dated 23.1.2019 and 30.4.2022 the appellants have died. In view of the fact that the appellant no.1-Ram Charan, appellant no.2- Ishwari, appellant no.3-Nanhey and appellant no.4 Bhajan Lal have died, the present appeal stands abated.
