A case has been registered against the petitioner and others for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 452, 506, 324, 435 read with 149 oil.P.C- 3. Case of the prosecution in brief, is that, the defacto complainant is a TDP activist and the petitioner and his members related to ycp party. on 10.7.2022 at about 8.00 pm at the house of the defac{o complainant, the accused, along with others, formed themselves into an unlawful assembly and criminally trespassed into defacto complainant's house and beat him, his family members wl'th iron rods, sticks etc. The accused poured petrol on the bullet bikes of the defacto complainant and set fire to them, as a result of which they were burnt. They threatened him to change the party from TDP to YCP and warned that they would kill him if it is not done. The defacto complainant and his family members sustained injuries. As the accusecl have been intimidating the defacto complainant, he stayed in Chilakaluripet at the €=.`1 'q3f :---`l house of hI-S mother I'n law a~nd on the advI'Ce Of the elders, he came to police station and gave a report on 29.12.2024 at 5:00pm. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petjtjoner and learned Assistant publI-C prosecutor for respondent-state. perused the record. 5, Learned Assistant public prosecutor submits that the court may pass appropriate Orders. 6. A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that the present complaint has been filed on the alleged incident that took place 21/2 years back I'.e., On 10.7.2022. Even as per the accusations and contents of the F.I.R., no specI-Tic act has been attrjbu{ed to attract offence under sectI|On 452 of lPC as aga]'nst the petitioner herein. In vl-ew of the aforesaid facts and , circumstances of the case, this court is inclined {o consider the prayer of the Petitioner for grant of an{icipatory bail. 7. Accordingly, jn the event of his arrest wI'th regard to this crime, petitioner/A16 shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satl'sfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condition that the petitioner shall make himself available for investigation as and when required and that he shall not cause any threat, inducement or Promise tO the Prosecution Witnesses. L_ The petitioner shall appear before the station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e. on every sunday between 10.00 am and 05.00 pm, till fill-ng Of the Charge-sheet. 8.
