Maria, learned counsel for the Manipur Legislative Assembly. [2] Mr. HS Paonam, learned sr. counsel for the petitioner in W.P. (C) No. 736 of 2024 submits that the writ petition may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner herein, to submit a fresh representation to the State authority and the same may consider as per applicable rule. [3] The learned AG submits that the writ petition may be disposed of by passing innocuous order as prayed for. (C) No. 736 of 2024 is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation within 2(two) weeks’ from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the State authority shall pass a speaking order as per applicable rule within a period of 2(two) months from the date of receipt of the representation. [5] Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned sr. counsel for the petitioner in W.P. (C) No. 864 of 2024 submits that the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the above observations. [6] Accordingly, the present W.P. (C) No. 864 of 2024 is disposed of by giving same liberty to the petitioner in W.P. (C) No. 736 of 2024. [7] With the above observations and in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P. (C) No. 736 of 2024 & W.P. (C) No. 864 of 2024, the present MC(W.P. (C)) No. 362 of 2025, MC(W.P.
