The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the order dated 19.11.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/ Special Judge (M.P./M.L.A.), Court Prayagraj in Criminal Revision No. 244 of 2024, whereby the revisional court affirmed the order dated 26.04.2024 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Prayagraj, by which an application under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
