1. Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following relief/s:- 10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned circular/order dated 22/4/2022 (Annexure P/1) issued by the Respondent no.2. 10.2 To grant permission to organize public meeting and rally as proposed in the application to Respondents. 10.3 Any other relief/ reliefs which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the efflux of time this petition has become infructuous.
