The petitioners herein filed the instant application in I.A.No.7 of 2025 to punish the respondent/defendant for having committed wilful disobedience to the orders passed in I.A.No.3 of 2024 in O.S.No.165 of 2023. The counter of the respondent was filed on 22.08.2025. Thereafter, the matter was posted for enquiry. 3.
