Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The petitioners are the owner of the plots over which high tension wires of 33000 kilovolt are going from Sambhal Power House to Fatehpur Fidar. The grievance of the petitioners is that their plot is surrounded by abadi and petitioners also using the same and raising construction over it, but the respondent-authority is not shifting the high tension wires from the plots of the petitioners as the petitioners apprehend that any mishappening may occur at any time, petitioners have submitted several applications/representations before the respondent-authority in this regard, but till date no action has been taken on the same. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent no.4 to consider the grievance of the petitioners. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without adverting into the merits of the case, we dispose off the writ petition permitting each petitioners to file separate representation alongwith certified copy of this order raising all their grievance before the respondent no.4-Executive Engineer/Officer, Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Khand, Sambhal within a period of one month from today. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioners, the respondent no.4 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date he receives the representation of the petitioners.
