Case No.86/2025, for the offence registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 329(3), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 318(4), 3(5), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 61(2) of B.N.S. 2023 and Section 3(1)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, subsequently charge sheet has been submitted and cognizance has been taken under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 329(3), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 318(4), 3(5), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 61(2) of B.N.S. 2023 Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner- II-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Ranchi. 3. It is alleged that the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons had conspired to sell the land of informant to several persons, admeasuring total area 5.37 acres. Portion of the land was also sold. 4. Mr. Jitendra Shankar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that one of the co accused is claiming the land to be his and his name has been entered into the revenue records. It was further submitted that co-accused namely Brajesh Kumar Singh has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 415 of 2025 vide order dated 17.07.2025. 5. Mr. Manoj Kr. Mishra, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum- Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Ranchi in connection with Kanke P.S.
