The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 154/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 961/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 126, 118(2) & 309(6) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Hazaribagh. 3. On 27.07.2024 at about 11:30 P.M., son of the informant was waylaid near his house by two unknown persons. The accused persons assaulted him and snatched his gold chain worth rupees one lakh. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that petitioner has been identified in T.I. Parade. 5.
