The criminal appeal and suspension of sentence application is before this Division Bench as it is tagged with D.B. criminal appeal No. 217/2025 wherein the accused has been sentenced for life imprisonment. The applicants were convicted under Section 201 IPC for three years vide judgment dated 09.04.2025 and sentence was suspended by the trial Court vide order dated 09.04.2025. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that applicants were involved in offence and have been convicted under Section 201 IPC. 4. Considering the facts, circumstances and nature of allegation against the applicant, the appeal is likely to take time. The application for suspension of sentence is allowed. It is ordered that execution of sentence awarded to the accused-applicants by the trial court vide judgment dated 09.04.2025 in Sessions Case No. 71/17 CIS No.71/2017, shall remain suspended during the pendency of the appeal and they be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the trial Court with the stipulation that they shall appear before this Court on 08.09.2025 and thereafter as and when called upon to do so. 5.
