Heard Sri Praveen Prasad Verma, Advocate holding brief of Sri Rakesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to quash the cognizance/summoning order dated 29.03.2025 and charge sheet dated 03.11.2023 as well as entire proceeding of Case No.8467 of 2025 (State Vs. Krishna Verma @ K.K. Verma) arising out of Case Crime No.254 of 2023 under Sections 354, 354(Gha), 294, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Kamlanagar, District Agra, pending before the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Agra. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant has made a statement at the bar, on instructions, that he does not want to press other prayers made in the application and states that the applicant is ready to surrender before the court below within two weeks and seek his bail and that his bail application be considered and disposed of in view of law laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another reported in (2021) 10 SCC 773. 4. Learned AGA states that he has no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by the counsel for the applicant for not pressing the other prayers made in the instant application. Central Bureau of Investigation and another reported in (2021) 10 SCC 773 after hearing the parties. 6.
