Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that a case under Section 16 (3) of UP Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, bearing Criminal Case No. 872/2023 (Nitin Kumar Vs. State of U.P), arising out of Case Crime No.619 of 2019, Police Station Murad Nagar, District Ghaziabad was filed by the applicant which is pending in the Court of learned Additional District / Session Judge, Court No.12, Ghaziabad. No progress till now in the said case has been made. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the court below to decide the said case as expeditiously as as possible. 3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the court below concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 4.
