The instant writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner seeking direction on concerned DIOS to approve the election of Committee of Management of the institution pursuant to order dated 24.06.2025 passed by Regional Level Committee, Saharanpur. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that concerned DIOS may decide the approval of elections of the concerned Committee of Management after hearing all the concerned parties including objection, if any, already filed by any of the concerned party, the same be decided in accordance with the circulars in operation on the issue and within time prescribed therein. 4. On basis of above, present writ petition is disposed of that concerned DIOS will decide the dispute accordingly within the least possible time.
