Bora, learned counsel for the applicant / petitioner, who by means of this application has prayed for impleadment of the following incumbents as the party respondent nos. 3 and 4 - 1. Shri Anand Kumar Das, ACS District Commissioner, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Tezpur, Assam, PIN- 784 001. - as the respondent no. 3 2. Shri Kamal Baruah, ACS Additional District Commissioner, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Tezpur, Assam, PIN- 784 001. - as the respondent no. 4 It however appears that it is only the proposed respondent no. 3, who has been informed about the order of this Court vide notice dated 04.12.2024. Accordingly, the impleadment prayer for the proposed respondent no. 3 is allowed at this stage. Shri Bora, learned counsel for the applicant is accordingly directed to file Page No.# 3/3 amended cause-title in the connected contempt petition being Cont.Cas(C)/146/2018. The learned counsel is also at liberty to inform the proposed respondent no. 4 by a notice whereafter, the said fact is to be brought on record by way of an additional affidavit. Thereafter this Court would consider the prayer for impleadment of the proposed respondent no. 4.
