He seeks interference. He refers to order dated 17th September, 2025 of co-ordinate Bench in disposing of Writ C no.32595 of 2025 (Anoop Saxena Alias Anoop Kumar Alias Anoop Kumar Saxena Vs. State of U.P.). He submits, his client's case for relief is covered by said order. 2. Mr. Shyam Mani Shukla, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2 (the Nagar Nigam). On query he submits, the case is covered. 3. We see no necessity to notice proforma respondent no.3 since the contesting parties are ad-idem on order dated 17th September, 2025 (supra) covering the case.
