Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that SC No.73 of 2010, SC No.90 of 2010, SC No.91 of 2010, SC No.172 of 2016 and SC No.595 of 2010 are pending more than ten years on the file of the learned VIII Additional District Judge, Ongole. Learned counsel would further submit that in the referred cases, four cases are disposed of and one case is still pending. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
