Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.4- Tehsildar, Tehsil Khaga, District Fatehpur, to decide the application dated 1.2.2025, filed for correction of revenue records. Counsel for the State-respondents points out that the application, which is stated to have been filed, is undated and is not in proper format. It is submitted that in case, the petitioner seeks correction of records, he may move an application as per statutory procedure. Present petition is, accordingly, disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy with regard to his grievances.
