However, the same has not been complied with. Hence, the present Contempt Petition. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that as per the order of this Court dated 09.04.2025, vide order dated 03.11.2025, the petitioner’s current wages was fixed on par with his juniors from the date of his reinstatement ie., 06.01.2022. Hence, the respondent has not committed any willful disobedience.
