Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have refused to renew the registration of the ultrasound machine in the petitioner's hospital on the basis of a complaint. In the complaint against the petitioner, the Court has issued summoning order, which has been assailed by the petitioner in Criminal Revision No. 845 of 2022. The same was allowed by this Court and the summoning order has been quashed. 2. In view of the subsequent developments, the respondent no. 3 may be directed to consider the case of renewal of registration of ultrasound machine afresh. 3. In view of the submission advanced above, the writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation alongwith certified copy of this order annexing all the materials for grant of registration of ultrasound machine before the respondent no.3-District Magistrate, Meerut/Appropriate Authority constituted under PCPNDT Act. On submitting the representation, the respondent no.3 shall consider and decide renewal of registration of ultrasound machine strictly in accordance with the law after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned within a period of one month.
