The petitioner is an accused in connection with Pakur (M) P.S. Case No. 246/2024. 3. It has been alleged that the accused persons had entered into the house of the informant and had assaulted the informant and his son. Co-accused Rahim Sk @ Sukhu had outraged the modesty of the daughter-in-law of the informant. It has further been alleged that the accused persons had taken away Rs. 2,80,000/- cash, 7 Bhari of gold ornaments and damaged household articles. 4. The allegations appear to be general and omnibus in nature. Some of the accused persons have been granted bail by this Court in B.A.No. 4057 of 2025 and B.A.No. 4999/2025. The petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2025. 5. Regard being had to the above, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pakur in connection with Pakur (M) P.S.
