Hira Lal Verma Vs. HP State Tourism Development Corporation & Ors. CMP(T) No.384 of 2025 in Ex. Petition No.247 of 2024 10.09.2025 Present: Mr. Kishore Pundeer, Advocate, for the applicant/petitioner. Ms. Shilpa Sood and Mr. Gunjan Sharma, Advocates, for the non-applicant/respondents. While placing on record communication dated 30.06.2025, issued under the signatures of Authorized Signatory addressed to the Chief Manager, Union Bank of India, Mall, Shimla, learned counsel representing the respondents states that sum of Rs.5,80,335/- has been remitted in the bank account of the petitioner on account of retiral benefits. He states that amount, if any, payable, on account of interest on delayed payment, shall be paid expeditiously. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and accordingly, the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that interest on delayed payment is released expeditiously, preferably within two months, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to get the present proceedings revived, so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards execution and implementation of the judgment, sought to be executed.
