Respondent No.2 filed a counter stating that he is not the competent authority to provide job to the petitioner and he is only the District Employment Officer. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the subsequent events the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication due to efflux of time. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
