Petitioner has rushed this Court against impugned order whereby recovery is directed on basis of an audit report that some excess payment was made to petitioner. However, admittedly petitioner has not made any specific averment in the present writ petition to show how the calculation was wrong. 3. Still this writ petition is disposed of with observation that petitioner will have liberty to file a detail representation disclosing the reasons that recovery is wrong. In such event the concerned respondent would be under legal obligation to consider the objection of petitioner and pass an order within a short period.
