Uddin, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Bothakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for granting regular bail to the accused petitioner in connection with Gogamukh P.S. Case No. 73/2025, under Section 318(4)/316(2)/336(3) of the BNS. He was arrested on 26.08.2025. Present accused is not named in the FIR but stated to be a person who has introduced accused No.1 to the informant. The allegation is that having an agreement with the accused No. 1 for an excavator, but later on, that was given to someone else, leading to filing of the complaint. 3. Case diary has been received. 4. It is submitted that the excavator has been recovered in the meantime, in connection with a case registered in Arunachal. 5. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also considering rate of detention – he is allowed to go on bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- with the surety of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned learned Court (CJM, Dhemaji), subject to the following conditions: Page No.# 3/3 (a) He shall co-operate with the remaining investigation; (b) He shall not hamper and/or tamper with the evidence; (c) He shall not intimidate or harass the informant and his family. 6.
