Heard Sri Amit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.2 to take a decision upon an application stated to have been submitted by the petitioners on 25.07.2025. In terms of the aforesaid application the petitioner has sought to raise a grievance with regard to afixation of boundary marks pursuant to an order dated 26.08.2024 in proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The petitioner's application no. RST/6344/2025 seeking recall of the aforesaid order has been rejected by an order dated 03.07.2025. In the event, the petitioner has any grievance with regard to afixation of boundary marks pursuant to an order passed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, he may take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy. The writ petition filed for reliefs, as prayed, would not be entertainable. The petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy. (Dr. Yogendra Kumar Srivastava,J.)
