A perusal of the report filed by the Family Court would indicate that the respondent filed a counter on 13.08.2024 and thereafter, the matter was posted for hearing. In the meantime, the respondent herein filed I.A.No.4 of 2025 seeking maintenance under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act and the same shall be disposed of by the Family Court first. 4.
