Mr. Shubhranshu Shekhar, learned advocate Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and hands up his instruction dated 25th October, 2025. He submits, it has been clearly stated therein that there has not been an inch of encroachment by the State in constructing crematorium on Government land. On query Mr. Shekhar reiterates no encroachment on land of petitioner bearing gata nos. 2627 and 2653A in place of gata no. 2656. 3. Petitioner is in possession of State's contention denying encroachment. As such, the writ petition is disposed of.
