Case No. 57/2020. The applicant by this petition has challenged the judgment and order dated 17.02.2025 passed by the Additional District Judge, Barpeta by which the Page No.# 3/3 applicant was convicted under Section 138 of N.I. Act and was sentenced to undergo SI for six (6) months with fine and default stipulation. It is further directed that the sentence imposed upon the applicant in the aforesaid case may be suspended and the applicant be allowed to go on bail during pendency of the instant Criminal Revision Petition.
