The present petition has been filed seeking to assail an order dated 19.03.2015 passed by the respondent no.1 in Case No. 02 of 2007, Udaiveer Singh vs. Smt. Laxmi Devi and others upon an application filed under Section 285-I of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Rules, 1952. The writ petition apart from being grossly barred by delay/laches, is also not liable to be entertained for the reason that the order impugned would be subject to a further statutory legal remedy.
