The name of the deponent is Sarvjeet, son of Sukhdev, resident of House No. 20, Meerpur, Jaunpur, U.P., whereas the signature on the document is that of Anil Kumar Sharma, while the writ petition has been filed by Mr. Rajeev Pachauri. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. 4.
