Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: "i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to constitute a district level committee to enquire the matter relating to ancestral property of petitioner being Gata Nos. 1501/2, 1512, 1514, 1515, 1516, 1855, 1871, 2030, 2031, 1861, 1870 total area 22 Bigha 14 Biswa situated in Village Ashoh, Pargana and Tehsil Karvi, District Chitrakoot which has been illegally recorded in the name of respondent no. 6 to 9 in the revenue records." 3. In our considered view, the relief is in the nature of declaratory decree which in our considered view can be obtained by instituting a civil suit. Petitioner may also obtain temporary injunction order if he is aggrieved by any act and conduct of disposing of such property by a private party. Equally an opportunity lies with the petitioner to apply before the revenue authority for correction of entries under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, if so advised. 4.
