This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "A. Issue a writ, order or direction quashing the Original Suit No.26 of 2024 (Usha Saroj Versus Raj Kumar @ Bablu) filed before the Civil Judge (J.D.) Gram Nyayalaya Machhalishahar, Jaunpur for obtaining order of permanent injunction abusing the process of the court in respect of the disputed land without disclosing recognized distance of sarak/road limit in Naksha Nazari of the plaint." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been impleaded as a party in the suit, though he is a necessary party. Petitioner has a remedy of moving necessary application before the Court concerned. Writ petition is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed.
