Mr. Rajat Choudhry, learned Assistant Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is serving as Lecturer (School New) (Commerce) at GSSS Ropa, District Mandi, stated to be most difficult area of District Mandi. Petitioner’s grievance is that on completion of normal tenure prescribed for service in the aforesaid area, he preferred a representation to respondent No.2 on 10.03.2025 (Annexure P-1), seeking 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 transfer to a station of his choice in accordance with the applicable transfer policy, but the aforesaid representation has not been decided till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 10.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of three weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
