This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, Mohammad Hasim, challenging the order dated 10.11.2022 passed by the Arbitrator, L.A.N.H. -cum- Collector, Mayurbhanj in L.A. Arbitration case no.08 of 2022 vide Annexure-7 in dismissing the arbitration petition at the stage of admission.
