P.P. ------ 5/18.08.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner and learned Spl. P.P appearing on behalf of the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chandankiyari P.S. (Barmasia O.P.) Case No.170 of 2023(S), for the alleged offences registered under Section 395 of IPC, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro. Later Section 412 IPC was added. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused. It is submitted that the identical co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.3180 of 2024. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that there are allegations that some people have come and taken away the pipes lying in godown. 5. Considering that the co-accused has been granted bail in ABA No.3180 of 2024 and the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused, I am inclined to grant 2025:JHHC:24083 2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro, in connection with Chandankiyari P.S. (Barmasia O.P.) Case No.170 of 2023(S), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
