… Petitioner
- Versus - The State of Jharkhand
… Opp. Party
------ CORAM: - HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH
----- For the Petitioner : Mr. Anurag Kashyap, Advocate For the State
: Mrs. Kumari Rashmi, A.P.P.
--- 03/10.09.2025
Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 575 of 2023 arising out of Kadma P.S. Case No. 93 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1481 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamshedpur. Bail Application of the petitioner was thrice rejected by this Court earlier. During the intervening period of 25/26.06.2023, son of the informant namely Akash was murdered and his dead body was found lying near Ramjanam Nagar. During the Course of investigation, on the basis of confession of co- accused Samir Gope, murder weapon was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Report regarding the stage of trial earlier called for, has been received. It appears that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the trial is likely to be concluded within four months. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the trial is at the fag end of its conclusion, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected once again.
