Mr. Manohar Lal Sharma, Advocate, for respondent No.4. Compliance affidavit filed by respondents clearly reveals that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment dated 02.09.2024 passed by this Court in CWP No.8967 of 2024, respondents have decided the representation filed by the petitioner, but rejected the same vide order dated 20.05.2025. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same is closed, however, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in the appropriate Court of law, laying therein challenge to aforesaid order passed in purported compliance of judgment, sought to be complied with.
