ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the summons dated 14.11.2025 issued by the 2nd Respondent. 2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that summons has been issued to the petitioner for enquiry in respect of a complaint given by Gowtham/3rd respondent-de facto complainant born through the petitioner’s first wife; other than that, the respondents 1 and 2 are not harassing the petitioner and the summons cannot be quashed. 3. Ms.R.Madhubala, learned counsel filed vakalat for Respondent No.3. 4. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is true that the petitioner has married the mother of the 3rd respondent. However, divorce was granted 27 years ago. After getting a divorce from the Court, the petitioner has married for the 2nd time. In the family matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are unnecessarily harassing the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the 3rd respondent is repeatedly giving complaint against the petitioner. 5. In view of the above, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to enquire the matter and dispose of the same immediately in the manner known to law. 6.
