The present revision petition is filed questioning the order dated 05.11.2018 passed in SROP No.245 of 2005, on the file of VI Additional District Judge, Nellore. 2. The said petition was filed under Section 23 of Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001, to declare that the respondent Nos.1 to 7 cannot be recognized as governing body of KSR & M Degree College Committee and to declare the endorsement dt.15.10.2004 issued by the 8th respondent as null and void and to grant permanent injunction restraining the respondent Nos.1 to 7 from interfering with the Management Committee of the College. 3. As seen from the records, the tenure of Managing Committee is three (03) years and by virtue of efflux of time, the tenure of the respondent Nos.1 to 7 was expired long ago. 4. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5. There shall be no order as to costs.
