The grievance of the petitioner is that the Revision No. 101(R)/G & M (UP)/2025 (Vedpal Singh Vs. Divisional Commissioner & Others) has been heard by the Revisional Authority, but till date no order has been passed by the Revisional Authority. 4. In such view of the fact, the writ petition is being disposed off directing the respondent no.2 to decide the stay application filed along with the revision of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
