The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the complaint lodged by her on 7th April, 2025 has not been acted upon. Learned counsel for the State submits that an earlier complaint was lodged by the petitioner which was registered as FIR and charge sheet submitted upon completion of investigation. A subsequent complaint lodged by the petitioner on 7th April, 2025 has been enquired upon and prosecution submitted under Section 126 of the BNSS. In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed. However, the police authority shall keep strict vigil in the area and shall ensure maintenance of peace and tranquility. 2 The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
