(B) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 4 & 5 to reinstate the petitioner in Primary School Semara Block Haringtanganj, District-Ayodhya." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition as the cause of action is of District Ayodhya which comes under the jurisdiction of Lucknow Bench of this High Court. 3.
