The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 44 of 2025, for the offence registered under Section 63(a), 88, 79 & 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. Petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix on the pretext of marriage. The prosecutrix is aged about 24 years. Later on, petitioner refused to marry her. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, in connection with Balumath P.S.
