GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 1 to 5 in interfering with property rights and possession of Petitioners regarding the land of Ac. 1. 55 cents situated in Sy No. 82/4 of Chingantyada, Village, Gajuwaka Mandal, Visakhapatnam as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Article 14 and Art.300-A of Constitution of India apart from being violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to the same” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that on the report given by the respondent No.6 a case has been registered against the petitioners in Crime No.889 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 506 read with 34 IPC and investigated into. It is further submitted that the police never supported the respondent No.6 and only as per the report given by the respondent No.6 case has been registered and they are not interfering with the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
