This is the second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 13.06.2024 passed in MCRC No. 3688/ 2024. While withdrawing the first bail application of the applicant, this court has directed the learned trial Court to expedite the trial, however, the copy of the said 2 order dated 13.06.2024 has not been placed by the applicant before the learned trial Court. 2. It transpires from the order sheets of the learned trial Court that the charges have been framed on 01/08/2024 and thereafter, the notices have been issued to the witnesses and on 10.01.2025, the bailable warrant was also issued to the witnesses. Therefore, it cannot be said that the trial of the case is withheld or not in considerable progress, I do not find any good ground to admit the second bail application of the applicant. 3. Accordingly, the second bail application of the applicant is dismissed at motion stage itself.
