Today, when the matter was taken up, Ms.P.Aiswarya. learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice for Respondents 1 to 4, submitted, on instructions, that the application of the petitioner will be processed and Worksite Inspection and Plant and Machineries Certificates will be issued on or before 29.12.2025. 3. In view of the fact that the tender condition stipulates that documents should be uploaded on or before 30.12.2025, the respondents are directed to issue Worksite Inspection and Plant and Machineries Certificates on or before 29.12.2025. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
