The present application under Section 528 of the B.N.S.S. has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 13.02.2025 passed by Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) / Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 4, Bulandshahar in Computer Case No. 352 of 2024 (Rishipal Singh Vs. Udham Singh) arising out of Case Crime No. 430 of 2022, under Sections 420 I.P.C. Police Station-Kotwali Nagar, District Bulandshahar whereby final report has been accepted without serving any notice to the present applicant/first informant. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
