Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kuchai P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024(S) corresponding to N.D.P.S. Casee No. 21 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 353, 307, 324 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 15, 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Seraikella. 3. On 01.06.2024, Kuchai Police on the basis of confidential information that Poppy husk was kept in the house of Monsa Singh Munda raided his house. It is alleged that co-accused Monsa Singh Munda assaulted the informant by a Dawli causing injury on his neck. He was overpowered and on search, 19.60 kgs of poppy husk were recovered from there. 4. It was submitted that nothing incrementing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of confessional statement of apprehended co- accused person. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Seraikella, in connection with Kuchai P.S.
